No. We will not charge you anything for preparing your incorporation documents. You will only pay for the actual government (state) filing fee. You can find list of all states filing fee here.

Normal processing time is 1-2 weeks. We offer expedite service in any state that allows it and then for additional fee you can have the company opened faster, even same day. Every US company, in any state, must have an official, legal, registered address. If you have anyone in the state of incorporation that you can use as the resident agent, we will use that address. if you don;t have any US address, we will provide you with a resident agent in each state. After you complete the above form, we will send you an email with information related to your own state and company type and you can add the registered address / agent service.

Yes, we do offer bank accounting introduction service through our network members, where you will get guidence and introduced to banks that open accounts for LLC or Corporations owned by non US residents. You will receive help with the bank applications, documents, forms and dedicated account manager that will assist you until the account is opened . It takes about 7-10 to have the account opened.
